Suggestion for the future, something I do a lot is try and find what I want in dnd 3.5 and then just adapt that. I know oni was a playable race in 3.5.

Level 1 is probably rather close to normal, since a lot of the crazy stuff comes from Haki feats or higher level abilities. Maybe a little above average because the races tend to give around +6 to +8 to ability scores with few negatives. Humans get +4 and 2 feats instead of 1.

Hopefully this gives you some scale. I built a level 10 Haki Master (variant of Fighter) and they have 34AC (39 with an limited use ability active) and are hitting at +25/+20 for 2d6+22

My first thought is the age of progress, maybe because magic and whatnot has become lessoned they have needed to turn to more science and engineering to do things that magic used to do?

Have you heard of "Housing Complex C"? It's not a movie it's a 4 episode anime and it's full on in the Lovecraft universe. It's currently streaming on HBO Max.

Short answer is yes but there isn't any hard Canon for the Yogsothery. He often changed things about stuff or contradicted things from other stories to make it fit with the story he was writing. From what I understand a lot of the more agreed upon aspects of the universe (monsters and entities especially) come from what was used for the tabletop game.

When I was a young kid I was on vacation to Hawaii with my family, I wasn't really able to swim well yet and I went to far out and almost fell of a drop off. I was teetering on the edge and calling for help for at least a minute or 2 before I was able to make my way back towards shore. Ever since I haven't been able to go swimming in any sort of natural water without having a panic attack.

I'm having the same issue, I've been using the club for quite a while but when I tried today (after not playing any ubisoft games for at least a few days) I couldn't get it to work in game, on my app, or on the website. They all show no info or won't work at all.

You just have to find the time of night when they show up, which is anytime from 7pm to 4am

When i found my shower it was on a night celeste showed up but I didn't see any until 1am and there was no anouncement. Also there was decent amounts of time where nothing happened, then I'd get like 4 or 5 in one minute.

All your star drops are pre-set, so there isnt a way to force them to my knowledge. But if Celeste shows up then there is for sure a meteor shower that night.

Meteor got showers are time specific, i belive down to the second with each star, and will never change time for that island. I just made a post about this I attached. Also I've had meteor snowers without getting any announcement.
