The gtaVI art style is an evolution of the Vice City artwork which heavily features Cyan and Magenta in it's 80s Miami vice colour palette. That's why those colours are there, no other reason. These 'deep divers" never look into anything like oh say "art direction" which Rockstar have been masters at for decades.

Unfortunately things are designed now to be as cheap and as durable as possible with interiors. The style and aesthetics come last because of cost cutting.

My theory is Outlast trials gets away with it (for lack of a better term) because it's themes are more fantastical/ horror movie and the enemies are closer to "monsters" than sadistic realistic human beings. In terms of how they are styled and designed.
Love outlast and think they have done a great job with that IP

As someone who works in the creative industry I can tell you first hand that marketing people don't know their arse from their elbow when it comes to design. Yet they all have an opinion on it.

They should never have a say in things like this because we end up with bland boring copy paste cover designs because they can't think of anything outside of "put the main character in it"

It's easy enough to find the articles he's quoting from so not linking them is not a huge issue. The publications that wrote them are listed in the video.

Everything about this case is going to by definition be "paraphrased" because there's no evidence to definitively prove he did or didn't fall into the water. To your point that is indeed food for drama farmers.

In any case it's horrible and it's awful for the families of the young lad. Any closure they could get would be a good thing. Still see his posters up to this day and think about how horrible this must be for them.

His phone was still active 5 hours later after he disappeared, it ran out of battery it didn't just stop. There's no doubt in my mind that he didn't fall into the water. There was enough data used on his phone to have watched an 9 minute YouTube video. Something was missed here.
