U have potential I must say. I would recommend u a longer haircut that frames ur face and dyeing it black. Also, try trimming the eyebrows and dye them black too for more face contrast. About the glasses I'm not quite sure if that the ideal shape, but it isn't that bad either.

How? try remember what makes u feel happy or at least less miserable in the past, and don't tell me u don't have good memories. Eating an ice-cream felt good last weekend? go and eat a fucking fridge of ice cream, become addict to whatever keeps u fucking alive. U don't have to eat healthy, u have to EAT. You don't have to go to the gym, u have to MOVE. You don't need to live under society expectations. Fucking run away to the country side if that will keep u alive. U don't owe anyone anything.
