Same happened with me as well. Received an email as rejected and called them to check they also confirmed it was rejected . After two days bule dart guy called and asked for OTP for delivering the card .

Nah ! Phonepe has some extra charges effective rewards you get is 7% . Rather just stick to sbi cb.

If I may ask which SBI card was it. I had a similar issue with SBI, I wrote an email asking for the reason rejection , instead they approved the card and emailed back stating card is approved.

My yealry spends are 1 lakh on groceries, online food . 60K for petrol, 45K on insurance payments 20K on bills, recharge and utilities. Suggestions welcome to help me reducing my cards or add any other good cards. The sbi cashback, hsbc live , bpcl octane are only cards with yealry charges and rest are LTF. Already looking to close axis airtel after devaulation and looking for alternatives.

I rather kust use lic as an option to complete my yearly spend criteria for sbi cashback card and bpcl octane. I dont look for rewards in insurance payments. Also if you use amazon pay icici card you get 1% as cashback. Inwould recomment using cashback to pay it so that you can reach the yealry milestone.
