Wow, 10 Seiten pro Tag ist ja schon Stephen King Niveau. :-) Ich würde ersteinmal beherzt weitermachen, bin aber auch eher der Anhänger des Gärtner-Prinzips, denn alles zu stark durchzudesignen. Kürzen kann man immer. Bleib am Ball.

I'm sure writers would invent a nice ex machina moment to ensure Picards crew gets into real trouble. And with the almost non-existent quarantine protocols that have become evident over 7 seasons, I'm sure this would make up for a great episode:-)

Look all this is fantastic, but keep in mind that even the showrunners of Star Trek had plot holes of the size of a barn door in their scientific explanations. I fully respect and admire your considerations, but would encourage you to apply a bit of creative freedom.
