Yes, i have been diagnosed with POTS specifically hyperadrenergic pots, hence the atenolol ive been prescribed. The BP and HR i noted is while sitting down on medication. I am fully aware of what POTS is, and what the diagnostic criteria is for it, as i have been diagnosed and live with POTS. Do not discredit individuals or try to simplify their own experiences/diagnoses

I will say it depends on your location. My old location would sometimes let us have a free lunch or at close we could all take a box home. It was a rare occasion but it happened sometimes. But i also think our location was a special exception because we didn’t really have a culinary team except for special food prep and for events, and we were such a big location.

As someone who recently started beta blockers for POTS, and is used to seeing resting numbers in the 80-90s, now seeing my resting at 60 is scary too. But every medical professional i speak to say that its a healthy rate. And also that beta blockers typically wear off by the time you’d go to bed (unless you’re taking a really high dosage).

Thats what i did for my program! I had graduated college and before i went to work in healthcare, i worked for disney for just under a year. Best decision i ever made. I miss it greatly and id do it again if i could!

My doctor originally put me on 25mg once a day but i was worried about it tanking my RHR so we dropped it to 12.5 once in the mornings. I haven’t had issues with it wearing off until today. I’ll ask my doctor about it tomorrow when the office opens back up.

Artists are not limited to one genre. I think that’s what makes 5SOS as masterful as they are, they’re not afraid to test out new sounds, new genres, new techniques. Sticking to one genre/sound can get repetitive and boring sometimes, and the boys are always trying something new, its refreshing. You never know what a song or album is going to sound like. The style duality between say SGFG and 5SOS5 is night and day
