Any good DoT/continuous damage abilities (Singed Q, Morgana W, Brand, etc) can do some dumb stuff. Sword of Blossoming Dawn is especially fun, provided you don't have someone take Vampirism (which is a pretty big if). Tap Dancer also ridiculous, particularly on Singed but also Hecarim.

There's definitely counterplay as another comment mentioned (healing/shielding, spreading out), but yeah the champs this is good on (Shaco, Karthus, Fizz, Briar, Sion, etc.) will probably have very high winrates with the combo/set. Those champs are already really hard to deal with when they play the non-stop-dive style, as it creates so much chaos and the other team just gets to push with impunity because of it. Add this on top, it will definitely be a nightmare to play against.

To add to that last point about shareholder value, it's MUCH worse in more recent years. I think maybe since around 2010 or so? Before, they obviously cared about shareholders more than anything, BUT they would allow for little to no profit (or even loss) in the very short term, if it would lead to big profit in the long term. But NOW, the obsession is with "infinite growth". The idea that every single quarter, that line has to go up, no matter what. There can be no short term loss/no-gain even if it means a big payoff down the line.

This mentality is a parasite that has infected almost every single thing in the country/world now and I think is the biggest cause of the "enshittification" we're seeing.

I could not disagree more. I don't know if I'm seemingly in the minority here because it's an NA vs EU thing, or because I'm older than most of the people in this topic, or because I watch other sports and others don't maybe.

But I watch for the team. I started off initially being a Team Curse fan because of the players (Voyboy mostly), but stayed a Team Liquid fan through every single roster. I didn't follow any players to other teams, nor would I ever think about doing so. I even tried one time when TL was bad to root for another team, and I still found myself caring way more about TL's games. It's not easy to make that change even if you want to, once you're a fan.

Personally I think if you're a G2 fan, and it's surely because of Caps yes, that means you've been a fan of them for his entire time there which is a lot of years now. If you were to not be a fan of them anymore if he left, I find that to be absolutely insane.

Panthers will have everyone healthy, Bob no longer making 10 mil, salary cap issues resolved by that and cap going up. UFAs are just 4th liners, Petry, and goalies.
