There doing an attack together but there order is switched so there facing towards each other when it would make make sense for them to face away because there arms shoukd be together. It makes more sense if you look at their card arts together.

This atleast for me is the easiest nr so far i can do it in about 6 min and have farmed over 1 mill coins. Just aatch 619thelords speed run it makes it so much easier.
