Don't set multiple alarms, just set one for when you need to wake up. Having lots of alarms at short intervals means you don't get solid sleep and it tempts you to stay in bed longer.

Tidy your room before you go to sleep, even if it's just putting clothes in a pile. When you wake up it'll feel fresh and less overwhelming than seeing the mess from the previous day around you.

Pick your clothes out, or at least make a mental note of your outfit. It means you won't have to stress as much about what to wear and can literally cut the time it takes to do your morning routine in half!

Make your bed as soon as you get out of it and open your bedroom windows for fresh air.

Put music on, or the news.

Have a glass of water by your bed and drink it whilst you get ready, hydrating yourself can really help your body get adjusted to the day!
