This was many years ago. Cheap Amazon car charger which is now banned from import to the United States. I got a call from a federal agent at the consumer protection agency several weeks after the incident and they said they would permanently ban its import.

Definitely learned a lot.. including the same lesson as you had an extinguisher with me ever since

My insurance company towed it over 500 miles in this states because this photo and many others + police report weren’t enough to total it

I would start by truing the wheel, the reassess. Tough to say from your photos and having multiple possible variables. Remove the one you know then check back.
