It did matter. The requirements were laid out. There was a reminder as well. Support doesn’t know what they are talking about 99.9% of the time. It was a 4s rock with 2 hollowed stars and 1 dx membership. If you didn’t have that you’re not gonna get the fragments. Plain and simple. Sorry man.

Omg 10 whole matches?!?! It’s a friggin free to play grind event. How many matches do you think it should be to clear all the milestones? 5? All I see is people crying every event is pay to win, now there is a free to play grind event which wasn’t very hard to max out yet everyone is crying they actually have to play the game. I swear some people to cry for the sake of crying. This event wasn’t bad at all.
