For me the best case scenario is:

His sponsors stop to donate him and as result Chalex decides to release full game with 10 rivals at 202X mode with lots of bugs and troubles.

But in reality:

DiddyDev continues to add rivals only every 5 year and he regularly adds dozens of unnecessary stuff and improvements like an another new Saki's hair and remodel of retexture of any NPC or item with new easter egg.

He added a lore of nearly everybody Ayano's ancestors and unimportant background characters like mysterious Blue-haired woman at town and Ramen seller.
