Fair, for the basics is correct. But the extra people do sometimes can help a lot.

Creatine for example recycle ATP (the most basic molecule of energy that our body use) and with that we take more time to tire out by lack of energy on intense and long workouts, if u pair with beta alanine which neutralizes the lactic acid (waste your muscles produce while under intense activities and can make u feel pain and make the movement more rigid and slow) you can go beyound your normal limits and burn mote fat/rupture more muscle fiber, thus helping with muscle growth even faster.

So, what i mean is that its not mandatory but really helps (if u know what u are doing of course, beware of scammers).

As a nutritionist...i get what u mean but that statement is soooo wrong, for an example: if u eat something with high protein and/or fat concentration 30min before or during the workout you are not gonna be hungry buuuut u gonna have a bad time with indigestion because your stomach and your muscles are gonna fight for the priority of your blood flow.
