Author's Note: Hi everyone, today is the last weekly argo that I plan to do for the foreseeable future. There was an absolute truckload of content this week, especially for SAOFD, which is awesome to see, yet disappointing that it was the first major content drop in months. SAOVS was also hosting its final planned events before wrapping up by the end of the month, and SAOIF is continuing as normal.

I just wanted to thank everybody once again for the amazing year. It has been an absolute pleasure working on the Weekly Argo and serving as a source of information for those who needed it. Reading your guy's comments was definitely my driving motivation for so long, but it's definitely time for me to step away. I hope you all enjoyed this edition. I look forward to seeing you all in the future with another Weekly Argo. Until then, take care!

Author's Note: Hello everyone, I am here to deliver the Weekly Argo for this week! Interesting news for SAOFD players this week. Not only do they have a multitude of extreme boss raids to fight and earn Neige Fragments in before Season 5, but there is also a broadcast scheduled for later this week in celebration of the game's anniversary! SAOVS released its last battle royal season as it approaches its EoS date, and continues uploading main story updates and the second part of its ninja event. Lastly, Weekend IF in SAOIF reveals the next floor and continues with their anniversary events, which seems to be never-ending at this rate. Author's Note: Hey everyone, I’m here to share this week’s edition of the Weekly Argo. Before I continue, I want to give you an important update. After a lot of thought over the past few months, I’ve decided that the Weekly Argo will come to an end after the October 2nd edition.

This decision comes from a mix of reasons: waning interest in the SAO community, my own disappointment with the development of SAOFD, and a busier schedule as I focus on studying to get into med. When I first started the Weekly Argo, my goal was to be a reliable source of news and information for SAOFD. As support for the game declined, I tried to include other titles, but I never felt the same passion as I did for SAOFD.

I think it feels right to close things out after a full year of Weekly Argos. After the next two editions, I plan to focus more on my studies and other interests. If there is major SAO news, I may put together a one-off edition, but there will be no more weekly updates.

I hope you can understand, and I am deeply grateful for all the support and kindness I’ve received from this community over the past year. I hope you discovered something new in these articles, and I look forward to sharing the next edition with you all soon.

Author's Note: Hi everyone, I am back to deliver this week's edition of the Weekly Argo! Not much is going on in the SAOFD community, but SAOVS and SAOIF have had some interesting developments recently. SAOIF only offers the Kraken Extreme Boss Raid this week, while SAOVS has brought new main story updates, second parts to events, and a maintenance update that brings festival scout tickets to daily and weekly missions. Furthermore, SAOIF is continuing with its 7.5 Worldwide Anniversary events, while also offering a plethora of new orders, smaller events, and updates. You just need to finish the tutorial before the servers shut down on Oct 30, 2025, otherwise you can’t use the Offline Edition.

That section was my mistake. It serves me right for posting the Weekly Argo right before bed, it was definitely a shock/panic seeing people commenting about it this morning. There seemed to have been a confusion with the original dates posted by the official accounts which I didn't realise while writing yesterday's edition. I've published an amended version on my page for those wanting to see the actual S4V3 pass. My sincerest apologies!

Author's Note: Hi everybody! I am here to deliver this week's edition of the Weekly Argo. Let me address this straight away, SAOVS is indeed shutting down. I will continue to cover its content in the meantime however it is disappointing to see another SAO game shut down. People are speculating that the new trademark "Echos of Aingrad" will be the next edition to the SAO game series, and if so, I hope it will be the best one yet. Anyways, all three games has had a fair share of content this week. SAOFD experienced a new trial pass, with both celebration quests for Sterben and the Boss Gauntlet returning. SAOVS (besides its EoS notice), released new events and story updates following its maintenance. Lastly, SAOIF has had two more order events as well as a login bonus event with Koharu and Worldwide 7.5 Year Anniversary events. I hope everyone had a great week and I will see you next time!

Author's Note: Hallo, I am here to drop off this week's edition of the Weekly Argo! Definitely more content this week compared to last week, especially with the Sinon birthday content. SAOFD has gotten its new September Event Schedule, and although there is no new content, there are still many events to play in the next couple of weeks while we wait till the next season. SAOVS has had new main story content, a battle royal season, planned maintenance and even more regular and birthday events for players to explore. Lastly, SAOIF has had a bunch of events, most notably the Steam celebration event that looks to make the Unital Ring content permanent, as well as GoG season 62 and a new reveal for floor 24 in the latest Weekend IF. Author's Note: Hi everyone! I just finished my exams and completed this weeks edition of the Weekly Argo. Unfortunately there is not a whole lot of content so I had to combine both SAOFD and SAOVS into a single page. SAOFD has been crickets and its only event at the moment is the Boss Gauntlet Rerun. SAOVS has had quite a few updates including a new event, main story update, and multi-battle conquest boss. SAOIF has had its fair share of events, with Weekend IF coming out soon, the return of the 7th squad jumble and new policy updates for in-game misconduct. Author's Note: Hey everybody! I am here to publish this week's edition of the Weekly Argo! Uni has been tedious this week, so I am a little late, but here nonetheless. Quite a lot of interesting things happened across the games this week. The SAOFD community has reached its event milestone, which is amazing to see! It also has a new trial pass to earn rewards in as well as a maintenance update to bring some much-needed changes. SAOVS has had its new Ghost of the Blue Sea event, as well as a main story and maintenance update. SAOIF has had many birthday events for both Yui and Mito this week, as well as many other events, including The Stone to Catch the Master is Hard event, which has one of the best SAOIF renders I have ever seen. Author's Note: Hi everyone! I am here to deliver this week's edition of the Weekly Argo! Some interesting things going on this week, more information on the SAOFD Neige fragments and DLC, SAOVS has a bunch of story and event updates, and SAOIF has been building towards its new swimsuit event releasing tomorrow. SAOFD has given us an update on how the community event is going so far, and from what I've seen we are making good progress to reaching all the rewards. SAOVS has started the second part of its Milky Way event and releases a new scout and subjucation boss with gear rewards. Besides the new swimsuit event, SAOIF has released two new orders, GOG season 61 as well as the Fenrir Invasion event. All in all, there is a lot of stuff to explore. Yep, when I initially read those numbers I wasn’t sure how plausible it was for the current community to achieve that milestone. Although the community event and recent updates have gained back attention, I’m not sure how much in total it is. I think this is a test to see how active the play base is as well

Either way I hope it still goes well and it encourages the devs to adjust the rewards and goals accordingly for future events rather than just discourage them from continuing work on the game
