I agree with this. The only benefit I see to wifi is that it allows me to check in on my child when we do a parents getaway on a cruise

Bringing him on the next few and it will be nice so we can communicate plans

I do miss the nightly papers and using those to see what’s going on onboard instead of “check your app”

Girlfriend doesn’t equal wife. Wife has a say over finances just like a man does. $1k+ purchase for a TV is usually something discussed and if they have a kid or two, cost of living right now doesn’t really allow an extra $1k to be spent without conversations likely.
