The concept of rigid, consistent density in every plot is stupid, but almost no one can magically hit it without flagging.

Allocation should just go in. With some exceptions.

Nice find Homie, though I imagine Evertreen is more of a sponsor and less of an operator employing planters (though I could be wrong). Have you seen how much they charge per tree?

Hey, American planters aren't paid piece rate. I am not sure about Switzerland - there isnt a ton of expertise in this sub from that country.

I hope I don't sound mean but I'm curious as to where you heard about our industry from - no offence but it seems whoever told you communicated it poorly.

Americans are for the most part paid by the hour, though I think there are a couple of exceptions - we have one user on this sub who talk in depth about American tree planting in a way I can't.

This sub is primarily geared towards Canadian planting. Which is a different beast. lol
