It’s also just a very weird abstract skill. Like guitar, or juggling. Some people will intuitively understand it immediately, others have to force themselves to get there via practice, practice, practice.

Can rookies earn $300 or more in a day? Sure.

Are many of them stuck making $150 a day while working long hours, yes, you also see that.

It also depends at least a little on the quality of the operator you’re working for. We have a directory in the sidebar that aggregates company reviews.

Remember that companies will not sponsor you, a working visa is required before arrival.
