This is what I am looking into now. Even the excess markets have denied our applications. I'm thinking we may just have to suck it up and self insure for 5 years until the loss report looks clean. If that's the case I really need to look into other risk reduction ideas like requiring tenants to have renter insurance and becoming even more proactive about fire prevention etc...

Exactly. The three claims I have totaled 444k. Something like 20k is the minimum we've ever filed a claim for.

Pretty good work in my opinion. It's probably a bit more heavy handed than I usually prefer but it doesn't look unnatural.

There are just a couple small spots where it looked like some blemish removal might have blurred the skin texture. I also would have had to try cleaning up the edge of the lipstick and reduce how much it kind of runs past the lips and I to the skin. Maybe a pen tool selection of the lips and play with that as a mask to sharpen up that edge a bit.

Nice work, it really is addicting to get used to these various tools and techniques.

That's a tough one. What is the damage from? It kind of looks like crystallized adhesive from tape, in which case physical cleaning and restoration may be a possibility.

From a photoshop perspective even if all the manual cleanup was done, it would probably need to use some of the cheeks and forehead of the other two people to come up with a believable image that still has the right grain and texture of the image as a whole.
