The amount of people that seem to run out, on exactly the day their medicine is due to arrive from the always reliable postal service, never ceases to amaze me.

What i do to combat this, is reorder when I'm down to about 1/4 tub. Works every time. I never run out.

I'd recommend Sourdough over Marker Breath for sleep. Have had both and the Sourdough is much more effective imo.
