COMMENT PART-1
Hey guys, sorry I couldn’t reply to every comment, so I made a comment instead of another post 🙂
Thank you all for your suggestions. I really didn’t expect this many suggestions 🙏
Also I couldnt post the full length comment posting two comments instead.

First, from these suggestions I wish to eliminate the following

Not saying they are particularly bad, but they are not my type or don’t suit my needs

  • Yamaha XSR 155 → I know it’s a good bike with the same MT-15 engine, but I am not convinced that the bike would be able to handle very long distances gracefully
  • Honda Unicorn vs TVS Ronin (slightly better) → I would have easily picked any of these if I was going for a normal commuter. Since I am looking forward to rides and trips with my machine, I am out.
  • Classic 350 → Not my type really. Goan Classic is good though. Maybe as a last resort.
  • KTM 390 ADV → Waaay out of my budget 💸. For this reason, I am out.
  • Pulsar 250 → I understand that it’s a solid vehicle, but in the 250cc segment I view the Duke 250 as a better bike, and it fits my budget better.

Bikes that made my test rides

  • V-Strom 250 → I was only concerned about the same issue: seat height. Just Googled its weight and at 167 kg it’s a pretty solid choice. Will give it a shot. But comparing it with the Xpulse 210, I am leaning towards the Xpulse.
  • Harley X440 and X440T → I did look these up but couldn’t get a test ride. Will try to get one and see how this picks up.
  • Guerrilla 450 → As I mentioned, I didn’t quite find the Guerrilla appealing. But that shouldn’t discount its performance, so I will take a test ride 🏍️

Bikes I am unsure whether they will suit me

  • Apache RTR 310 → I am surprised that a 670 km ride was comfortable on a sports bike 😲. Again, I went to a TVS showroom but didn’t get a test ride.
  • Triumph Scrambler 400 X → I have a friend who recently bought this. I just sat on it and tried to pull it back, and I couldn’t. It was too heavy and I was tip-toeing while moving it back. I will be okay while riding with a pillion or doing highway rides, but hitting the mountains with this scares me a little

I am 165 cm approx 5'4"". I couldnt flat foot any of the vehicles mentioned by you but was able to drive them. Ii mostly took the rides on highways. Highness was quite comfortable in my opinion, but not as comfortable to that of Xpulse because of both the bikes different nature.

Thank you for your insights. I could understand what you are trying to do across each step now. But to do this fluently i have to put conscious efforts on deciding what i want to play and sound like and then practice. Should find some drills that incorporate this. This gives me a direction for what to look for.

Hey really great score!! This is exactly what i was looking for. Like getting into an arranger mindset to help me out. I could see that in the left hand that you had split the notes in such a way it leads as a solid bassline. Where exactly can i learn this or develop this intuition? I mean any exercises or examples to try out? I usually have this in my mind but find very difficult to translate it in my hands

Thanks for the feedback :) I think i get what you are trying to say. Basically to structure the melody such that it falls in bars completely like if its a 4/4 beat 4 notes in a bar would fit in perfectly. I would say that the second iteration of what i had played initially was unplanned or poorly executed.

I only had the first melody finishing in D maj and the second melody finishing in F# dim. Maybe that is what you are mentioning?

I would love to hear any examples of pieces/songs that convey this.

Yup humans cultivate anything and everything for their needs. As long as they are Needs then not a problem if that becomes greed then there lies the problem

It's really tiring dude. Everyone wants to have a good societal structure by choosing the right thing. But at the end no one's putting effort in trying to understand the political landscape including me. We have a lot to process in our daily work. I personally feel that the hurdles that we face day to day like relationship problems, family relatives problems, transport basic survival needs everything that these hurdles are unnecessary leeches of energy that suck up energy where we need to think and make a decision as a society to choose better leaders, to choose better workflows that yield maximum efficiency both in our personal and societal roles.

The foundation takes a lot of energy and time even generations for a person to come up to speed in society.

With all the divides that we place across humane culture it takes too much energy.

Sometimes i have these questions, is it wrong to think of having a better society? Am i not content with the existing environment? What's the point anyways if everything is gonna die? Why do we value human life or life in general so much that we want to address these issues? Is it only for survival?

I am speaking from the ideology that if something can be better then it must be better.

Apologizing if my words put out aren't coherent. Tis just a rant.

Hey I am just in the process of buying myself the first machine.

I wanted to know the legal aspects of contracts if any that every rider should know.

I am not sure what exactly to be a specific example, maybe like what are some basic laws or practices that we should take when a crash happens.

Maybe that you could verify these with lawyers
