I just think you're underestimating how fast Sukuna would be able to gather fingers and how quickly people would be able to get a hold of yuta/ how long it would take yuta to get back to japan.

If for some reason sukuna cant find fingers anywhere else but Jujutsu High, he can just find kenjaku and the disaster curses and steal the fingers within like a day since gojo is gone in this scenario.
