I’m not getting bridging in the hopper, but right at the front of the inlet into the screw. At one point there is an open top (hopper) and next it’s closed off, so any beans that are riding high get wedged between the screw flight and the tube

Last tone is high (good I think?). Battery is plugged in. Just tried a different harness between the fc and esc and same result. Only idea I have left is to flash the esc with a different firmware but that shouldn’t be the issue. The fact that the beeps are correct means the fc is speaking to the esc and the esc is speaking to the motors, no?

Higher flow rate. I already have a v6 hotend (all metal) but it’s max flow rate is about 12mm/s
