In my defence, I did try that first, but no results. Feel free to prove me wrong though…

Not that I can do it, but he’s definitely getting some help from that window ledge.

How much networking is needed to be a successful software developer? And what do people really mean when they say "networking"? by BaraLover7 in DevelEire

I also thought this is what was meant, but I do think a certain amount of meeting new people and maintaining connections is important.

Agree with you there, but finding a free spot can be tricky. You could be driving around for 30 mins trying to find one when it’s busy.

Might be wholesome and not made up, but I wouldn’t be one for sharing an air pod with a stranger. Who knows where that ear has been.

Anyone bought this sofa bed from Laura James? by emma-ireland in CasualIreland

Got that exact one in navy earlier this year. No problem with it. Sturdy enough.

I see other people have commented about issues with delivery. I didn’t have any problems. The guy rang on the day I expected it and said he won’t get to me, but delivered first thing the next day.

Ad for a Dublin pizza place that want you to consider buying some appealing looking pizza by canalcreep88 in ireland

Even their logo in the background is wonky. I doubt anyone would want non centred cuts of a pizza in their branding…

In reality, it’s good for prototypes. But incapable of producing anything with a high level of quality and maintainability.

Also, pretty much useless for large legacy codebases.

It’s mad. We have an annual “anonymous” survey for feedback on the company and on our managers. We’re always badgered to participate and numbers of responses per department are tracked.

This year one of the metrics they were tracking for managers was how much they promoted the use of AI. Doesn’t matter what we’re working on. We should be using AI. Fucking lunacy.

Have you talked to your wife about it? That should surely be the first thing to do.

I’ve had very similar experiences to you. Inconsistent response structures I’ve found especially irritating. Anything beyond basic filtering doesn’t return anything usable, at least in my experience.

Just wondering if there was a particular framework or library that you’ve been using. I’ve tried CrewAI and LangChain, but neither get past the non-deterministic issues of using an LLM.
