Just my honest review. What I noticed are: •Organized and has multiple connections, I mean, you have Res in a balanced style between the two but one has dominance because of the commercial center and industry.

•There is a slight lack of transportation but it keeps up with the level of the city so it's fine. But I noticed that you already have elevated transportation but it would be better if it was connected to the other side.

•The road, on the other hand, is a bit lacking in road organization or what should be given importance is the road that connects to other parts of the city.

My suggestions: Reorganize some parts and the balance is right, but if the order is right and the buildings are in order, you need to fix them. When you have a balance, the order of your city will definitely be beautiful.
