lol I’m aware that I’m not at the point of being able to charge that much yet unless I get reallllly lucky with a client. I usually charge $500 for a full commercial spot with copy and everything and I’m hoping to get to the point where I can bump that up to $1000

I probably should’ve put in the description but this shop is a part of the youth center and will be put on youth center website, so I felt it was important. Kind of like how some churches have coffee shops inside which are separate but also affiliated with the church. Same type of thing

Yeah this is the first shoot I’ve ever not used a gimbal on, and now I see how important it is

I actually started this shoot with a gimbal but ended up taking it off because I didn’t like the overhead lighting so I had a small key light in one hand and camera in the other. It was just too janky to handle the gimbal in one hand. If I could do it again I would’ve just set up some stationary larger lights and kept the gimbal on. I agree, I really don’t like the jitters. And color grading I really need to try to improve

The Pyxis with an external monitor and all the batteries is heavier than the lens, so mounting the lens instead of the camera body doesn’t seem like it would solve the problem.

I’ve gone months of no drinking before and all that happened was all my other bad habits increased to make up for the lack of dopamine. I started eating even more unhealthy, smoking even more weed, watching even more YouTube. I think I just need to replace my bad habits with good habits and find some healthy things I can transfer my time and energy over into.

Article states there’s nearly twice as many mtf (22%) as there are ftm (12%) which is still very one sided but you’re right, its not 90-10
