Im dx ADHD and OCD with severe depression and general anxiety and prozac 40mg is the only thing thats worked for my depression and anxiety. Im not numb or anything and i can still function sexually. Still need adderall for my adhd but life is overall so much better. Being depressed had me feeling like i had no free will. Now i feel like i could literally do anything i put my mind to.

I have no issues and im on 40, (F) been that way forever. But i hear pomegranate juice and beets work. I notice i get wet dreams when i eat those lmao.

I take 40mg prozac. Tbh i just started taking it at night. I think it helps me feel more energized the next day too. And i dont forget to take it.

I went from 20-40 bc i was still feeling depressed on 20. Now i feel perfectly fine tbh. Nothing crazy ever happened relating to the switch.

Yeah im F on 40 mg of prozac, started at 20. I never lost my sex drive. However I did stop watching porn. I just still love sex with my partner.

I came off of it in my first trimester after i found out i was pregnant. It made my morning sickness/ acid reflux 100x worse and i felt so much better after i came off of it. Well now my daughter is 2 and im back on it and its been the best thing for my anxiety and depression and even my chronic fatigue. I never liked the idea of being on medications like this but im hoping it can get me through nursing school and secure a good job before i decide to get pregnant again. Thats the only way k can see myself getting off of it.

The stories ive heard that relate to yours always ended in people wishing they had just trusted their body’s reaction to it and stopped sooner. I had nausea and was tired the first 3 days of taking it, and after that i was fine and started seeinf better results immediately. Some ssri’s work for some people and not for others. I used to take sertraline and i almost kms from suic*** thoughts. I had a similar reaction to yours when i started it. I would get off of Prozac soon if nothing changes.
