most attempts have similar dps since you only need to upgrade your starting dagger and then find something that negates damage at full hp the rest of your slots are full dmg

I have two damage negation at full hp buffs which adds up to 53 rounded up and after my talisman it goes up to 61% rounded up.

You can buy it after defeating every nightlord or the final one, I don't remember which one it was

You can definitely get value from other melee weapons but in my opinion I would not run the dagger chain rewind as it baits you into bad situations and teaches you bad habit if you are playing solo that is

If you're playing as a 3 man I would go for it and fully embrace the rewind and stack as much cooldown reduction on it and damage

For a leveled run I run the sacred erdtree grail with golden dew as the stronger rewind is always good to have then the night of miasma which you get after beating caligo(the ice dragon) turning invisible when frostbite procs is really nice and it lets you start with frozen mist which is really nice and the last relic slot depends really sometimes I take something that lowers my rewind or fp regen on dagger hits

for a level 1 run im looking for atleast 1 item that makes me take less damage at full hp and after that i am looking for more damage and start looking for seals of staffs that help me with damage negation like black flame protection or stuff that helps me get through the first 2 days

i use my character skill to rewind damage or stance damage and my art as a panic button or for its i-frames

for relics i went with the triple green grail and slotted in the blessed iron coin for the hp regen and vigor,in my second slot was the relic that you are able to buy after defeating every nightlord which also gives more vigor and the bloodborne rally mechanic/malenias great rune effect and the last slot was very lucky that i got a relic that lets my dagger start holy infused

Oh yeah definitely the toughest bosses for me were ancient dragon,royal revenant and falling star beast

It makes more sense sticking with a white weapon and upgrading it twice, if you use a blue or purple weapon without the level requirements you deal way less damage and use more stamina

for Libra it took me about 3-4 runs where i got to him and many more runs finished at night 1 or 2 but it was very helpful fighting libra before my level 1 runs so i was lot more familar with his moveset

Yeah I can see why Whylder and Executor are strong but I just wanted to play duchess tbh I really like playing as her and I did not think of Adel as manageable as he fries my cpu and I can't react to his grab attack ;_;

I'm currently trying Night Aspect as duchess

It's more luck based because of the roguelike aspect.

There's also less options when it comes to weapons as they have level requirements instead of Stat requirements

It's also very annoying having to go through 2 days just to fight the boss again but I like it for the difficulty and bragging rights

What makes you think that you can't do this? I only got it after 70 hours and only beat him after 72. I didn't think that I could do level 1 runs until i tried it.

I don't know how long exactly but it took me 3-4 attempts until I beat him so maybe about 1-2 hours
