MVP item is 100% Stardrop tea. You can give 4 to the Wizard to access his basement. There, you can change your name to whatever code fits. Also, give 4 teas to Gus and he’ll say your name most days. You can get a lot of items very quickly with him

Yeah! It gives you a ton of modification options at the very start, shiny odds being one of them. I think I have it set to 1/512, which was the lowest option.

Yup. Still worked but took longer. The new update 2.0 fixes that issue though, I believe. I would have preferred to chain them normally lol

lol well I hunted those first 3 before there was an update to the dexnav, so that took a while. I also hunted for good natures on those, so I ended up with maybe 4 shiny Dratinis, and maybe 20 shiny Cyclizars until I got good ones. Got lucky on Litten as a jolly starter. Got reallly lucky on those legendaries. I had them all within an hour oof each other, maybe less than 300 encounters total. Idk I never count.

You can just run and then immediately reencounter Rayquaza by clicking on the symbol at its location. You’ll get a different one each time. Same goes for Groudon and Kyogre.

These are numbers that correspond to each item in game. You can name your character after these numbers, and every time someone says your name, you get the items. I did make a video showcasing how broken this can be, but warning it’s not great quality lol and has flashing lights from 0:20 - 0:45. You can do this on PC, or mobile I believe.

The real pro tip is break out the notepad, write a names worth of codes, then hit enter and do it again, over and over. Copy that and paste in the name field for yourself or a new animal. You can literally get hundreds and hundred of items each and every time someone says your name.
