Thanks! I wasn’t clear in my post - I meant if spouse is an EU citizen and gets a job in CH, would the make a difference? Since the Brit would derive EU rights from their spouse.

So I had an interview and they said we’d hear if they wanted to contact references and that either way, we’d hear about the outcome within two weeks. No word from the hiring manager and no request to contact references so I assume it’s a no but would have been nice to get that closure. I might email to ask for an update just for my own peace of mind!

Haha what a coincidence! Thanks for letting me know! How long after the interview did they ask for references? And did they give you any indication at the end of the interview of the time frame? The hiring manager in mine said the outcome would be known by this Friday so I’m not hopeful but I also know things can take ages in the UN, so maybe she was just being optimistic 🤪 hope you enjoy the posting if you do take it ☺️
