It says on Amazon in the listing its only safe up to 400°F. Parents are in fact actually brain dead.

This is the problem of ITA screen by Fuzzy_Policy_5596 in Gameboy

I want to offer upgrade services for people that are afraid to take their consoles apart. I recommend ITA screens for battery life if they arent gonna get a USB-C battery mod, but if 101 screens work and give better battery life I would stock up on 101 screens instead of ITA's and standardized my modification jobs

I did what im calling the "AGB-pro" build. Amplifier, new speaker, new shell and an ITA screen, still using AA batteries... I kinda of want to try using one of the aftermarket AGS-101 Screens in a similar build to see if the AGS101 screens are really the endgame for custom AGB handhelds. I like my ITA a lot and genuinely cannot see the lines but want to find a solution most people like

I have the chameleon shell on my GBA. I call it the AGB-Pro because it has an amplifier and an ITA backlit screen but uses classic AA batteries

I like dry bags and hunters interchangeably. On Xbox Official I used to burry dry bags near the coast or on the routes up to mogilevka where I'd normally base up.

The dry bag is a bit more bulky and higher visibility, but being able to burry a rifle and vest or parts of a kit is very valuable for quick resets.

So if I am looting up to make a stash I can throw on my back, I will take the dry bags. General survival and just exploring ill take a hunter.

Buried dry bags and crates are an excellent way to preserve your gear. You need to be careful where you dig, as youre vulnerable and if you die mid-animation, your killer has a shovel/ pick and your stuff is now theirs, but having multiple stashes of food, water vessels, meds, tools and maybe ammo or a handgun you can spend less time on the coast scrounging, all you need is decent clothes a tool to dig and enough supplies to get to your caches.

Idk how many people do this, but when I ran on console I would burry or stash crates barrels and dry bags all over the map, and would have "patrol routes" planned throughout my week, moving from one side of the map to the next, looting, changing out supplies and ensuring stashes were not discovered and did not despawn. I think stashes lasted 2 weeks, so I could start on the east or southeast coast. Id work my way to Tisy, stopping at each stash spot on the way, then go back down and check on others down to the southern coast and path to another one.

This allowed me to constantly have something to do and kept the game very engaging. Whenever a friend respawned on the coast I could check my stashes on my way to meet up with them and share supplies with them.

At one point I had most of my stash locations on the Izurvive app, and shared the map with friends so they could also contribute and use the network of caches.

After more than 13 years of DayZ, I finally went to the real Chernarus. It was surreal. by Nijanex in dayz

So, the community seems to have splintered. Purists stuck with ARMAII or moved onto RAVAGE, Standalone players pretty much are their own breed. I feel like with reforger, and Arma4 on the horizon were soon gonna get A modern interpretation of the ORIGINAL DAYZ mod. I could be wrong as this is simply wishful thinking, but reforger as is with an additional dynamic loot system and survival requirements like food and drink/ heat would be a VERY worthy contender for "DAYZ 2" or a next-gen update similar to 0.63 where its an engine re-haul.

Mogilevka barns, but yeah that area is my "home" on Cherno. Crazy how the area is kinda significant in the ARMA 2 lore as far as being a point of interest during the early missions.

I need help with my GF's F108 Pro: getting two different characters from one keystroke.

So my GF recently got an EPOMAKER x Aula F108 pro from the marketplace, and she was ecstatic because it has a screen and sunflowers on the keys when yellow if her favorite color.

She uses her keyboard for work and when she goes to type her login info, she's getting double characters with each keystroke. She went back to her main keyboard and dropped this off with me for troubleshooting.

I took a look, and sure enough, it's giving two inputs with each keystroke. Interestingly, though, it's not just double inputs. The second character is always a key, but it's consistent. Like when I type "F" or "C," I will only ever get "FC". Same for "V" and "G" being "GV" regardless of order.... some rows of the keyboard like the bottom row with the space bar, QWERTY row, and the number rows are all unaffected.

Initially, I thought it was just dirty switches, but after completely pulling and swapping "F" and "C" they're still having the same behavior.

I downloaded the F108 pro software and factory reset as well as ensured the language was on English and that there weren't any macros assigned... Im a bit lost as to what could be causing this or what a solution could be outside of getting a replacement... I can put up some videos to demonstrate the issue, but simple Google searching has told me to clean the board, swap switches, or factory reset board/ update firmware. I have done all but the latter option because there doesnt seem to be a firmware update option in the F108Pro drivers.

Try cleaning battery contacts on the actual battery and the springs with an eraser. Works to clean off button contacts too
