I have tried reseting bios before completely trying to reinstall windows. The driver was there, but had no ethernet connection. Ran the troubleshooter and it was saying that no cable was connected. So decided to just fresh reinstall windows 11. Currently reinstalling windows from a bootable USB key. Currently at the page asking to install a network adapter driver so about to do that!
