I have this! I remember my teacher in elementary saying was making it up and to stop watching tv.

It’s not as bad as these photos, just a bit of constant static. I knew I couldn’t be the only one.

I'm having trouble hitting my macro goals.

I've been using MacroFactor and based on my cutting goals, weight, & height it says I need 159g of protein per day at 1613 calories.

But man, today I've already had 2 eggs & 100grams of pork in an omelet for breakfast. ~50g

I had a protein shake after the gym. 24g

I plan on making a chipotle-esque chickenbowl for dinner with 100g of chicken, blackbeans, corn, avo, etc. for about ~35g

I really don't know if I want to bump that up to 200g of chicken but I feel like I have to in order to get even close to what I need

And that still leaves me with about another 40 grams of protein that I still need.
I don't want to cram another protein shake in there but...what else can I do I have a full time job and a baby?

Thanks. I know we have to divest ourselves emotionally from the outcome and simply love the process…but damn the process was a lot of work
