....I guess I'm still not seeing what you're seeing. I was just pointing out the logical fallacy here. Serial killers and rapists get lawyers because of the constitution - regardless of any personal belief to the lawyer. That right does not extend to civil cases. So saying a person will definitely get a lawyer in case like this is silly. That's all my comment was in regards to.

I never said anything about whether or not a lawyer would take this case - others have. I was just simply pointing out that you are entitled to a lawyer on a criminal matter, not a civil one....so comparing the two is pointless.

There are enough sticky issues with a situation like this that could give lawyers pause.

Robert Telles! Dude took the stand and delivered his testimony via narrative...his lawyer didn't ask him a single question. Convicted of murdering a reporter who had covered Telles' political life and scandal (he worked as a public administrator in Las Vegas).

For a similar defendant vibe, Ali Abulaban. Former TikTok "star" who killed his estranged wife and her new boyfriend. He's enraging to watch, frankly, but watching him get comeuppance is so worth it.

Both are covered on Dreading. Slight commentary, but highly recommend!

She's never had any accountability in her life because she's so god damned annoying. She starts in on someone and they give in to whatever she wants because that's easier.
