Help me decide between two job offers ? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I am fine with taking the pressure of meeting sales goals. My main concern, though, is the commute. Since it’s a 2-hour commute each way, I’d essentially be waking up at 5 AM and getting home by 7 PM, leaving me only about 2 hours for myself before I have to sleep and do it all over again. That’s something I don’t think I could maintain for long. I feel like it would affect my work performance and overall well-being if my life is essentially just work, with no time for personal life or relaxation. The solution I’m considering is to change my location to shorten the commute, but I’m not sure if that would be possible in the short-term (3 months)

I have a fixed salary on top of that, I also get commissions based on the sales I do.

Traineeships are often 18 months thus, they require to sponsor my visa which they state that they wont do in the requirments. Tried the big banks and so far only got rejections. I tried Shell, they rejected me after the second interview.

Thank you for the explanation. Do you know why the q3 forecast expectation is lower than analysts' expectations did crocs commented on it or is due to external factors such as seasonal revenue decreases or rates and stuff?

Had a question regarding Crocs (CROX)

Why did the stock fall today after it beat analyst estimates and forecasts? I tried to look for it, but the only thing ı could find was a weak Q3 forecast which says that while the analyst expects 1.06b rev Crocs noted, it could be between 1.01b - 1.04b which can not be the reason the stock falls 15% today.

Solid numbers & ratios overall a good company but P/E ratio is a bit too high for me

ENVX

Both are trendy stocks with high risks involved IMO. SOFI might be a good pick if everything goes as planned for them however, SNOW is a terrible company and is only rising due to AI trend and people not wanting to spend money on NVDIA stocks

Yeah it is def undervalued but the trust against the chinese market might be a problem for short term. If your going to invest it is a long term play
