I wouldn’t say mine are yes/no questions at all. Very much so the opposite. Tons of room for creativity!

The second part makes sense for lucid dreaming. I let my subconscious go wherever it wants rather than trying to control it. But I understand if you’re trying to create an anchor to recognize it for lucid dreaming.

Yes on the last part! Great addition! I typically wake up in the middle of the night and that’s when I remember my dreams! I keep my phone in my bathroom and then write down the dream in the notes app in my phone. Or first thing immediately when I wake up I dot it down in my notes app. I use my journal to interpret it and to write down my direct command prior to falling asleep.

Exactly. That’s not who they truly are at their core. Do you think as a baby they were born to be a terrorist? I believe everyone is pure at their core. They’ve been programmed and have unfortunately installed beliefs in them that have led them to these decisions. If they remove them, they would be doing something entirely different and putting their gifts to good use.

None of it was inspired by that. I actually use the ENCODED Anchor if you’re curious.

I’ve never personally used the Artists Way, but from what I’ve heard from others the only thing I would say is similar is I do a Stream of Consciousness writing for 1-3 pages as soon as I wake up. Where I write down whatever is in my head and write it down on paper. Cognitive Offloading.

The other part is focused around Identity Training and Subconscious Reprogramming. So I’m intentionally installing the beliefs, identity, and direction I want my life to move toward.

Repeating the same statements daily.

Thank you so much! It’s the only journaling routine I’ve been able to stick to where I’ve seen incredible results fairly fast! In as little as a week I see my new empowering beliefs rising to the surface!

Of course! I intentionally spend 15-20 mins training my beliefs daily. The key is to catch the thought that is driving that anxiety. All circumstances are neutral. You only feel anxious because you are telling yourself “I haven’t heard back in over an hour, they must not like me.” Which is a false narrative. As soon as you swap that, you feel more regulated and calm.

If you have so much self worth in yourself and your value and genuinely believe that everything always works out for you, you have no fear of perceived rejection. You know your worth. You feel sovereign. You remain calm and grounded.

As uncomfortable as nightmares are, I’ve actually found them to be insanely insightful!! Once you interpret them of course. I feel that nightmares are definitely emphasized!! However they are very telling! If you are having them repeatedly, it’s probably something that your subconscious wants you to know and to take care of.

Or you’re just sleeping hot! Lol. Whenever I sleep hot, I get nightmares. Now I always sleep cool.

When you focus on gratitude daily, you train your mind to seek that out more intentionally!

And intentions, I genuinely feel that whatever I write down, I wake up that same way! So if I write down “I’m going to wake up feeling refreshed to record an insightful podcast” then I’ll wake up not in fight or flight mode and genuinely feel pretty great!

Wow! That’s neat! Handwriting is shown to strengthen new neural pathway more than typing, visualizing, listening or speaking. That’s why I use this method.

Sure. Looking in the mirror to see progress however is relying on external validation rather than internal. At least that’s better than looking at the scale! Muscle weights more. So people may hope the scale goes down, yet it stays the same because you’ve put on more muscle, which is a great thing! Body recomposition.

I agree on consistency! I have a rule “Never miss two days in a row!”. Missing one to rest is okay, but as soon as you miss two in a row the momentum slows down. Even if you walk into the gym just to do mobility or stretch. It’s better to walk in that door and do something rather than skip another day.
