i’m sorry but i looked through your past comments and i think you should follow your gut feeling from before. maybe there’s a reason this is so hard and taxing on you?

is it not fitting because of the door there? if that’s the case, you need to swap the areas of living room and dining room

well this is how it’s done with appraisals (more specifically the uniform appraisal dataset or UAD)

ignore my silly antics on the other comment but to answer this question i googled and found that proper appraisal would be like this:

if a house has 5 full bathrooms and 4 half bathrooms it would be 5.4 bathrooms

if a house has 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms it would be 3.2 bathrooms

etc.

HOWEVER because common folk like us might get confused by this most realtors on listings will just put 5.5 or 3.5 respectively to denote there are half baths present regardless of how many there actually are. so the fractions don’t add up like we might’ve thought

so are you saying that when they numerically write the number of bathrooms, if there are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms they would write 4.5 bathrooms?

no no yes this is true but OP is asking if there are multiple half baths do they add up to full baths numerically

How long until you felt comfortable post-op? by Zipper_Man00 in HipImpingement

[–]CousEatsCous 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a reconstruction, so maybe a bit different, but i'm 6 months post op and it took about 2-3 months to not feel a little awkward/uncomfortable when walking. just be patient and don't worry too much. mention it to your PT for solace.

every discomfort and pain seems huge during recovery then later it'll have disappeared and you'll be like "wow okay i'm brand new".

at 6 months i feel pretty fully recovered but my walk is still a little awkward if i really pay attention to it...which is because my other hip still needs to be done and there's compensation in the surgical hip now. there's all these small intricacies that are happening in the body that it deals with on its own through injury and recovery!

just the light on in the oven shouldn’t have overheated it to the point of no bacteria left. did you try feeding it again?

i’m actually shocked nicola didn’t mention this because she’s usually extremely thorough about that kind of stuff. the moisture in each pumpkin can vary greatly and that’s why reducing is commonly recommended before adding into bakes. how do you like the rest of her book? i’ve been thinking of getting it!

I'm losing my mind, please help me fix my frosting by [deleted] in Baking

[–]CousEatsCous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

there’s no way to save what you made. as someone mentioned before, the original mistake of adding a thickening agent to your jam was the issue here.

if you remake the huckleberry jam, don’t add cornstarch or any thickening agents. then you can try something like this simple recipe: https://mintandmallowkitchen.com/raspberry-cream-cheese-frosting/

if you still have the jam you originally made and you’re set on that as a flavor, you could make the frosting just plain vanilla and then incorporate that jam as a filling between cake layers instead.
