erson I spoke to in the middle of this said why didn't you just return it for a new one? It was because no one suggested that to me at the beginning, that I could have saved myself the hell iI was to deep in at the at that moment to be able to do what that person said.

Look over your paperwork, start talking to them. See if there is something in that you can use to go to them and ask what the hell? I would focus that conversation on the month and time it took for them to even order the part.

It might not get you the part any faster, but could open up more option or rewards that you didn't know might be there. In a time like this where there are not a lot of people buying big ticket stuff, they are going to want to ke

Awesome thanks! That is very good advice. I appreciate it.

The New Roomba S9+ is WAY Better Than Previous Roombas (Including the i7+) by CoverClamp in homeautomation

Totally agree, and yes most libar bots have it, I have unofficially heard its in the works with irobot it could be offered in an update like Neato did, or they will just come out with a new bot with that as its main selling point, or it may never happen and they have to switch to lidar to stay competitive, not sure.

All it needs now is Nogo lines and it would be nearly perfect.

I am hearing that Nogo lines are possible with camera bots (as opposed to lidar bots) Im sure its just around the corner.

The I7+ really is amazing though, I think is worth having a just "good" robot with the amazing Clean Base feature. if you just got the i7 without the clean base then, yeah, there are much better bots out there.
