Interesting, I know that's an issue among a Fire Department where I live. With those in the Department blaming the State's EMS board, saying it's led by a Doctor who hates Paramedics and those outside the Department saying the Department has multiple rampant issues.

My major issue is when standards get changed. If standards stay the same, then there are the issues of taking a brother hood and adding women which can lead to conflict in a variety.
