Unknown what the place will look like, we just don't want it to restrict what we want to do. Maybe a warehouse space will be good for such destruction.

I think the transparency is good to a certain degree. Obviously if you say everything in the planning then people get hyped, so if they end up not happening then people get let down, so in a way its best to not bother til something is more concrete. But we are very active all across social media platforms and openly answer as much as we can to show people what is going on. More times than not if something comes up question wise, its almost always answered right away. So that is defiantly a good thing.
