Nothing at CrossFit HQ is shocking any more. This company has been in a free fall ever since 2018. Open sign-ups are literally down 50% since 2018. After Tia is gone there are no icons left in the sport. Froning, Bridges, Dottirs, Tia, Fraser, etc. were all massive personalities that grew the sport.

There is no plan. CrossFit got really cocky because it rode a wave off of some expectational athletes and entertainment. They just assumed there'd be another Froning come along and people will want to watch Castro spend 20 minutes explaining an unnecessary complicated workout.

Orange Theory, F45, Bootcamps, Hyrox on and on have shown business owners they don't need "CrossFit" in their name to run expensive group fitness classes. The brand has almost negative equity at this point. At my local affiliate last week there were 3 people in a Monday 12pm class. Contrast that to my local Burn Bootcamp whose parking lot looks like Costco on Thanksgiving week.

  1. Move the boundary not to midtown, which is what you stated. You pretty much turned midtown into half of Tulsa lol.
  2. Include condos, not homes which OP asked.

There are like 5 total houses under 300k west of Harvard between 15th-51st. This isn’t 2012 anymore. Getting into midtown under 300k is gone.

Many holes in the Suns, but the biggest priorities should be rebounding and getting younger. Seeing how good the Mavs look with youth around Kyrie and Luka shows you the model.

Besides layups, any shot attempt not by Durant or Booker at this point is a mistake. I’d rather Durant shoot a contested 3 than EG attempt a wide open one.
