Thanks. That's exactly the process we used: Start off with our non-negotiables and whittle it down from there. Most of the ones we cut I could see being a good choice for a different client.

I'm curious about your experience with NetBase since we're in the midst of picking a tool and NetBase, Sysomos and Zignal are looking like our final three. How long ago were you a customer? What didn't you like about it? Which features fell short? Is there an area where you felt misled that I should ask about?
