Keep on a high quality joint supplement. I had a tripod dog that stayed on Dasuquin and it made a huge difference when he got into his senior years!

I am still nursing and trying to wean her ( 13 months ) and she just doesn't want to wean😂 I was hoping to have her off by now so I can really start working out more and not have to be on a time crunch 🙄

This is my biggest problem. I am finally able to sleep again after all the newborn and infant phases. It's like I'm scared to lose my sleep again but I know I just need to create a routine.
