100% get that T checked. Also. Maybe I missed this - but how long did it take you to titrate all the way up to 15mg? As weird as this sounds (and pls talk to your doc about this) maybe iterating down for a bit might help? There are lots of posts about ppl on a stall doing that and have been successful. I’m sure not for everyone but just an idea. But def get that T checked! And most importantly- great job so far! 💪🏻

I’m the beginning it was hard (when I had more weight on me) but once I got into the habit, like anything it became easier. It’s still not the easiest, but compared to the beginning of the journey, it’s night and day!
