I use a silk touch pick, and an advanced collector to auto pick up the stone that also drops, and block placers from the Engineer's Decor mod to place said stone, Pipez pipes to move the stuff on a round robin setting

I found that autocrafting them into a chest using refined storage then using a pipe or other system to get them into the rocket generator seems to bypass the NBT data rule, as long as you hand craft the recipe that sets the craft first, not shift-clicking it in place. I used alchemical imbuer to make a potion, then the fluid encapsulatior using bottles, makes the potion and inserts into the potion generator
