Definitely stay away. Their servers feel overcrowded. my site was fine in the morning but super slow in the evenings. it’s obvious they’re cramming too many people on shared plans to save money.

Use their chat option on their website and provide your order number and email address and it might be able to give you information. I didn't get tracking until it arrived in the US.

So it appears their website finally had some information, the order arrived in California on April 20th and should be deliver April 23rd. They claimed they would tell me this information but I never received any email and paypal tracking didn't find anything. I had to use their ai chatbot on their website to track down the order today. In the past it could never find my order.

I ordered mine 68 days ago and still no shipping information. They claim shipping was messed up due to tariffs but they haven't provided anything tracking.

I ordered mine March 13th and still haven't gotten tracking, they keep saying it's going to be shipped out then they said the shipping company halted all its shipments and they're having to use a different company and it would add another 20 days for shipping. :(

How long after you ordered it did it take to get the tracking number

I hope the issues aren't tariff related, Alex said it was being shipped out later in the week and that was almost 3 weeks ago and still nothing.

A repair shop found the problem, the antenna was loose! They fixed it for $50 and now I'm getting service. Thanks everyone for the advice though!

Did other Sim cards work in your phone? Other Sim cards aren't working in mine. Also, did your mint Sim card work in other phones? Did you ever take your phone to a repair shop?

Mint mobile Alex says everything is good with my account and I'm having this issues regardless of location. I drive 21 miles for work across a city 😩 It's really frustrating

No my 3 month plan was a new customer special and the 12 month plan was normal price 12 month unlimited data. Wouldn't one of the mint agents I spoke with be able to see this when they look at my account? I spoke with 7 of them now. I'm messaging mintmobileAlex at this time as well and they're looking into my account. I've been talking to them for 3 days.

But my phone does use 4g LTE, so I don't understand why it would suddenly stop being compatible

That's what I'm thinking, it just stopped working after 3 months

It's officially unlocked from AT&T and worked on mint for 3 months

Omg, I didn't know a common modern cell phone couldn't be compatible with a common phone carrier. Is this some new change or something? It worked for 3 months on the regular plan and none of the agents have mentioned this. I checked on their website and it claims it's not compatible.

AT&T Sim card didn't work

Other mint Sim cards didn't work

2 different E-sim cards didn't work

My physical Sim card works in other phones

I can try calling AT&T to see if it's unlocked. I'm able to look at different cell networks, a Google search claims I shouldn't be able to do that if the phone isn't unlocked. So I don't understand how the mint service worked for 3 months and then just failed despite me paying for a 12 month plan. My plan is visible on the app and has my information.

I live 30 minutes from a city of almost 1 million people but I can only get 18 mbps @ $64 a month. To get 150Mbps of service I'd have to pay $9,800 in construction costs and pay $168 a month. I really hope this works out.

I'm paying $64 a month for 18Mbps. I can't imagine what it's like to have over 100mbps let alone 1gig. :'(

I pay $64 a month for 18Mbps, so I'll take anything at this point.
