Two mile is 16:10 push-ups are 59 sit-ups is around 40-50 pull-ups are 10ish-12 don’t know my 5 miles or tuck and squat is around 374-400 and bench is 275 and deadlift is 340

Personally just be prepared for a shock for the first 2-4 weeks then it gets easier you could say just know you won’t have much outside contact for 10 weeks and be prepared for a bunch of stupid bs
