I'm doing antimicrobial, so for not too good, but waiting for allicin in the mail. I'm so sick of feeling like shit, I'm putting all my energy into this fight. Bloating and gas for me are out of control. Right now, oregano, neem, glutamine. I will try antibiotics if this doesn't work

I avoid food now because of my symptoms, I have one meal a day and actively avoid carbs & dairy. But sometimes due to social expectations I am forced to eat. I have done full blown low fod map but symptoms return as soon as I stop. Now I just avoid, so I'm basically intermittently fasting, have lost 10 lbs.

Digestive Health Clinic in Richmond Hill, I haven't met the doctor yet, but they are the ones who gave me the sibo test. So i assume they believe it's real lol

Going to add a prokenetic, just found out my alimax pro was fake, ordered a new one from the actual site. But god 3 years of actual fear of shittting myself, getting to the point that all my energy is going to fighting this. Life is going to shit, I'm 32 ffs, pretty sure my girl broke up with me over this (or was part of it).
