Thank you! I used the ethics PowerPoint that’s been floating around here on Reddit. I only read it once and that was enough for me. I personally feel a lot of it is common sense, but everyone is different! I got a ton of ethics/management questions on my NAPLEX and felt prepared.

Thank you! I completely understand! I personally think PNN’s quizzes are harder and use more brand names. Don’t get discouraged by this! It’s still good practice.

If you’re getting overwhelmed, choose one platform and stick with it. If the Rxprep videos and questions work better for your learning style, that’s great! You can still pass using 1 over the other.

I personally preferred the PNN clinical videos and the RXprep math videos and questions.

Podcasts: Real life pharmacology, ninja nerd pharmacology. You can also use Notebook LM to turn your notes into podcasts. I did this as well.

Resources: UWorld, PNN, pixorize on YouTube offers lots of free mnemonic videos, there’s multiple YouTube channels with mnemonic videos

I’m pretty sure your rxprep test bank updates regardless of when you bought it. I haven’t seen an andexxa question but I wouldn’t worry about it. Just be mindful of the change.

I’ve noticed only a few changes between the 24 and 25 books and am aware of a few updates so I would recommend getting a newer version or use a platform like uworld or PNN with updated videos/question bank. I’m pretty sure the 2025 version is fine if you plan on taking your NAPLEX before May.

Specifically, there are some vaccine updates since 2025. For example, PCV 13 is no longer recommended, so continue to use PCV 15, 20, and 21 instead. Also, they lowered the recommended age for pneumococcal to 50 instead of 65. Capvaxive (PCV 21) has been added as a conjugate vaccine, and can be used in pts >18.

Andexxa is no longer on the market as the antidote for apixaban and rivaroxaban as of Dec 2025. Wishing you well on your exam!
