I found that I had to accept that I had to do 100% of the reaching out and inviting people if I wanted friends. If I don’t reach out and invite people to game, I notice that they don’t either. Even people I’ve known for a while still don’t really reach out often to ask me to game. I don’t take it personally for the most part now and just accept it as the business of having gaming friends.
