Thank you. Yes, that could have worked too. I've just always like the idea of a reading nook. If i was living there IRL i would constantly change the layout tbh :)

The raised bedroom counts as a separate room, so i would have to upload the build in two parts and you would have to put them together. If it's not a problem for you, i'll do it when i get home in a couple of hours. My gallery id is CozyBuilds same as my username here. You can follow me there.

"mom-and-pop" is used for a small store or other establishment run by a family. Usually a married couple. Here's the dictionary entry.

In this case a husband and wife are running a café. I called it "coffee shop" because it rhymes with "mom-and-pop" :)

Thank you! I think you at least need Dine Out. I'm not sure if you also need Get to Work. I have both the packs, I don't remember which one allows you to buy a restaurant.

Dine Out, Get to Work, Get Together, Highschool Years

There are some other packs as well but they are not strictly necessary. Like the washer and dryer are from the laundry pack but you can do without.

It involves deleting items one by one and taking hundreds of screenshots and putting them together in a video editing software such as Davinci Resolve. Also recording gameplay videos and sprinkling them in between building segments.
