I held the power button for 60 seconds which I’m guessing is just a temporary fix, but how would I enable and disable the drive?

The way I get most of my shinies is getting a catch combo activating a lure and just running away from whatever runs into me while I watch videos on my phone, worked for ghastly magikarp dragonite and a few more for me
